I stayed at The Swan House for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with rearranging our tour when it was cancelled. The room was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main shopping street and the harbor. Parking on the street was easy to find. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Swan House Apartments provided a stylish and clean room with great amenities, including USB chargers, separate toilet and shower rooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable with options for different sleep preferences, and the heating could be easily adjusted. The compact yet efficient design of the room allowed for a comfortable stay, and the presence of a sofa and coffee table added to the cozy atmosphere. The hotel also had a lift and two entrances for convenience.

Felt like a home away from home, nothing to complain about.

Clean hotel, liked to be not far from the centre, the waterfront and Reykjavik thanks to prime location. Also, it was within walking distance of laugavegur. Furthermore, parking nearby was a bonus.

The venue is cosy, it offers tasty breakfast and has perfect location very close to the centre and shops and nice restaurants. Breakfast with tee and pleasant staying-excellent wifi. Btw parking is possible nearby.

The accommodation is well-situated, close to everything one may need for their stay. The location is perfect, right in the city center and very close to the main street. The facilities in the room are adequate, with a kitchenette and basic necessities available for guests to use.

The service provided is a bit disappointing. The staff seems inexperienced and not very helpful.

Great location close to public transportation and popular restaurants. Kitchenette well equipped with essential cooking supplies. Comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere ensured a peaceful night’s sleep. Helpful and friendly staff provided excellent service. Laundry facilities added convenience to the stay.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city but surprisingly quiet. the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary bottle of Cava in our room upon arrival. the room itself was beautifully designed, with a modern and comfortable layout. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, a big comfy bed, and a spacious seating area. the TV had a variety of channels, including ones in English which was a nice bonus.

The only downside was the noise from clubbers in the streets late at night, which woke us up both mornings. Opening the windows to cool down the room was unfortunately not an option due to the noise.

The apartments were located in a very convenient area, with bus stops nearby making it easy to get around. It was also close to downtown and the main market, making exploring the city a breeze. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with helpful staff and a down to earth atmosphere.

The noise insulation could have been better, with some guests mentioning disturbances from people coming and going.
